Instruction:

For Mathcad 2001i and higher.

Extract ZIP-File to the directory "Handbook" in your Mathcad program directory 
(usually C:\Program Files\MathSoft\Mathcad\HANDBOOK)

If there is no HANDBOOK-Folder, create one.

In Mathcad use "Help" -"e-Books" to open the handbook.
